Order
To place an order visit www.thenoyacollection.com and browse our different collections or type of jewellery → If you've found an item you like, select the size (only applicable for rings), and quantity, then click ADD TO BAG. Continue shopping and add all the items you'd like → Once complete, click on the top-right corner of the page to view your shopping bag, double check your order, then click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT → Checkout as guest, sign in, or create an account → Enter your contact and shipping/address details, followed by a secure, private page to select payment method and enter your payment details → Once done, just click on COMPLETE ORDER and we'll start packing it up for you!
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail to inform you that your order has been received. Then you will get an e-mail with the order invoice. Once your order is shipped from the warehouse to the delivery team, you will receive a second e-mail confirmation from Aramex stating your order has been shipped.
Yes, simply enter your e-mail on the checkout page. This will not create an account for you, it will simply allow us to stay in touch with you for your order. However, creating an account will make your orders and account management easier, in addition to saving your wishlist on your account so that you can access it on any device, sharing your wishlist, saving your addresses and processing any requests more easily.
If you have a voucher code you can add it at checkout and your discount will be applied before you place your order.
Please note you may not be able to use some voucher codes on sale items.

Regrettably, once a cancellation request for an order has been initiated, it is irreversible. Should you wish to proceed with receiving the items, a new order must be created for them.
Any item that is sold out will mention, ‘Out of Stock’ on the product page. In rare cases, a product in your cart may become out of stock as you're in the check-out process and a notification will pop up during the process. For out-of-stock items, add them to your wishlist. You will be notified once they are back in stock.
We are sorry to hear that. Please wait for 10 minutes as there might be a slight delay in receiving the order confirmation due to our system processing the transaction. If you still haven't received your confirmation with your invoice, please contact our Customer Care team through the Contact Us page. To help investigate the matter, kindly provide us with the email address and phone number used while placing the order.
At this moment NOYA does not have a physical store.
If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, simply head over to the Contact Us section. You can either reach out via WhatsApp at +971 58 541 2839 for immediate assistance or send us an email at contact @thenoyacollection.com. Please ensure to provide your order number along with details of the wrong or damaged item, including its name and number, and attach a photo of the item. Our dedicated team will promptly investigate your issue and respond within 2-3 days.

You are able to edit your personal details such as your name, phone number, email address and password in your NOYA account. Just sign in to My Account to amend any of these personal details.

We display various currencies—users can select AED, USD, EUR, INR, or SAR from the currency dropdown—though we only accept payments in Dirhams (UAE).

If you placed your order through our website www.thenoyacollection.com, an invoice should automatically be sent to your email after purchase. However, if you need another copy or didn't receive it, feel free to message us via WhatsApp, and we’ll be happy to provide you with a PDF packing list.
Yes, same-day delivery is available for Dubai orders at an additional charge of AED 35. Customers have two options:
- You can choose not to pay the extra fee and arrange a Careem delivery yourself, but this must be done at the same time as placing the order. Simply message us via WhatsApp, and we'll assist with the details.
- If you'd prefer, you can make the additional payment of AED 35, and we'll handle the delivery for you on the same day.
Yes, you can update your delivery address after placing an order, as long as the shipment has not been dispatched for delivery. To change the address, please message us via WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order details, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Tabby & Tamara payments bring a new way to shop now and pay later or in instalments at no interest or fees.
