1. Order Delivery
NOYA current delivery options and pricing is set out in the table below.

Orders placed outside of working hours (9am-6pm) and/or during any public holidays will be considered placed on the first working day following the Order's submission. Delivery timelines are estimates, and delays may occur. Order delivery may experience delays during promotional periods, sale seasons, and public holidays. We are not liable for failures to deliver due to reasons beyond our control, including unavailability to receive the Order or requested postponements. It is your responsibility to ensure availability to receive the Order delivery. Our couriers may make up to three phone calls to schedule the delivery time slot and will attempt delivery up to three times before canceling the Order.
2. General Delivery Conditions
While we are committed to delivering within the estimated timelines in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website, delivery timelines are only estimates. Timelines commence from Order confirmation via email/WhatsApp message. If we haven't delivered your Order within seven days of Order confirmation, a full refund will be provided. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to reasons beyond our control, including unavailability to receive the Order or requested postponements. Orders are delivered daily, excluding UAE public holidays. It is your responsibility to ensure appropriate access for deliveries.
Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Timelines start from Order confirmation via email/whatsapp message. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 7 days of Order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.
Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries.
3. Address Changes & Tracking
Our Customer Care team will gladly assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address if needed. However, if you've received an email notifying you of your order's dispatch, we won't be able to change your address. Please note that changing the address to a location outside the original delivery country is not possible.

Address Changes & Tracking: Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible. A tracking number will be provided by SMS once your order is confirmed. You will then be able to use the tracking number to track your order by contacting the customer care team from 9am-6pm on our UAE business WhatsApp number +971 58 541 2839 or email contact@thenoyacollection.com.
