Full Returns Policy
Eligibility
Without limiting your statutory rights, you may cancel an order at any time before delivery, and up to 7 days afterward. The 7-day period begins the day you (or a nominated person other than the courier) receive your product.
Earrings are excluded from returns due to hygiene regulations.

Items must be in original condition and packaging (NOYA box, pouch, care card).

We reserve the right to deduct costs from refunds if items are damaged, worn, or excessively handled.
Packaging & Collection

Please return products securely packed, ideally in the original NOYA packaging.

Our team will confirm the approved logistics partner for returns.
Refunds

Issued within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item(s) or proof of return.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

We refund the product price in full, minus:

Deductions for wear/damage

Delivery upgrades (e.g., express shipping)

Exchanges (UAE Only)
We also offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for orders within the UAE.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure you receive either a replacement or full refund.
Sale Items & Gifts

Sale items are returnable unless otherwise marked as “final sale.”

If you received NOYA jewellery as a gift, returns can be arranged by the original purchaser, or we can issue a credit note to the recipient (UAE only).
