NOYA Returns & Refunds Policy

At NOYA, we want you to shop with confidence. Below you’ll find a quick summary of our returns process, followed by the full policy for your reference.

Quick Returns at a Glance

  • Return window: 7 days from delivery date.

  • Earrings: Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Refunds: Processed within 7 working days after items are received.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original NOYA packaging.

Full Returns Policy

Eligibility

Without limiting your statutory rights, you may cancel an order at any time before delivery, and up to 7 days afterward. The 7-day period begins the day you (or a nominated person other than the courier) receive your product.

Earrings are excluded from returns due to hygiene regulations.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include your name, address, and order reference number.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of notifying us.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging (NOYA box, pouch, care card).

  • We reserve the right to deduct costs from refunds if items are damaged, worn, or excessively handled.

Packaging & Collection

  • Please return products securely packed, ideally in the original NOYA packaging.

  • Our team will confirm the approved logistics partner for returns.

Refunds

  • Issued within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item(s) or proof of return.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • We refund the product price in full, minus:

    • Deductions for wear/damage

    • Delivery upgrades (e.g., express shipping)

Exchanges (UAE Only)

We also offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for orders within the UAE.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure you receive either a replacement or full refund.

Sale Items & Gifts

  • Sale items are returnable unless otherwise marked as “final sale.”

  • If you received NOYA jewellery as a gift, returns can be arranged by the original purchaser, or we can issue a credit note to the recipient (UAE only).
