At NOYA, we want your jewellery to reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. Below you’ll find our current delivery options and costs.

Notes

  • Orders placed before 12 PM UAE time (excl. Sundays & public holidays) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after cut-off or on holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected during sales, promotions, or due to courier delays.
  • Our courier partners will contact you up to three times to schedule delivery. If delivery fails after three attempts, the order may be cancelled.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number by SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

Order Cut-Off & Timings

  • Orders placed before 12 PM UAE time (excluding Sundays) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off or during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected during sale periods, public holidays, or due to external courier delays.


Availability & Redelivery

  • Our courier partners will contact you (up to three times) to schedule delivery.

  • If you are unavailable, refuse delivery, or request postponement, the order may be cancelled.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct delivery information and access to the delivery location.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation by SMS/email with a tracking number.

Refund for Delays

If your order has not been delivered within 14 days of confirmation (excluding major public holidays), you are entitled to a full refund. In the event of unexpected delays, our team will keep you informed at every stage.
