Notes
- Orders placed before 12 PM UAE time (excl. Sundays & public holidays) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after cut-off or on holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected during sales, promotions, or due to courier delays.
- Our courier partners will contact you up to three times to schedule delivery. If delivery fails after three attempts, the order may be cancelled.
- You’ll receive a tracking number by SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

Availability & Redelivery

Our courier partners will contact you (up to three times) to schedule delivery.

If you are unavailable, refuse delivery, or request postponement, the order may be cancelled.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct delivery information and access to the delivery location.

Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation by SMS/email with a tracking number.

Refund for Delays
If your order has not been delivered within 14 days of confirmation (excluding major public holidays), you are entitled to a full refund. In the event of unexpected delays, our team will keep you informed at every stage.
